Trash Service Info - Week of 1/20 - 1/25/2025

At HBS, we strive to proactively communicate with our customers to keep you informed about any potential disruptions to our services.
The severe weather last week caused delays and impacted the predictability of our operations. These events are challenging not only for our drivers but also for our valued customers. Our goal is to make decisions that prioritize the safety of our drivers while maintaining the high service standards you expect from us.
Looking ahead to next week, we anticipate extreme temperatures and icy conditions on Monday. At minimum, this will delay the start of our Monday operations, and depending on the severity of conditions, we may need to make the difficult decision to suspend service for the day to ensure safety.
As a result, you may experience delays in your trash pickup schedule for the week. We ask that you place your trash out on your normal pickup day. Our team is committed to servicing all stops as soon as possible and aims to complete pickups by Saturday, January 25, 2024.
Our drivers will be navigating your communities with extra caution, as safety is our top priority. Please note that some stops may be inaccessible due to road conditions. If your stop cannot be serviced, we regret that we will not be able to return until your next scheduled pickup day. Any additional trash accumulated during this time will be removed at no extra charge.
